I was excited to hear that MoFongo Express was opening near CCSU. I hadn't heard that they opened, but I decided to drop in for lunch. And they ARE open. I love the other MoFongo locations and this is definitely the most convenient for me. I ordered the Carne Frita, which came with flavorful pork pieces, pinto type beans, ketchup/mayo, the famous MoFongo yellow rice and Pico. It was assembled along the line and they added what I wanted. It was quick and convenient. It tasted savory and great and had the right texture. I understand they've been open about a week. Off to a strong start. It shares space with a Burrito Loko, which as Parkville Market and the Assembly Room. I'm not sure if they consider these business one or two restaurants. But this review is for the Mofongo side of the house. Five Stars
